Justin founded Peltier Law Office in 2010, combining his financial and legal expertise to fulfill the complex estate planning needs of Massachusetts and New Hampshire residents with hands-on, hometown service. During his previous 15-year career as a Certified Financial Planner, Justin recognized that effective estate planning increasingly required diverse capabilities typically available only at distant and expensive big city firms. Today, Peltier Law offers a full range of estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration, and business planning services with the advantage of senior, personalized service in a comfortable local setting.
Justin is a southern Maine native who received a BS degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and his law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. He is a member of both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations. Justin enjoys skiing, golfing and other outdoor activities, the area’s scenic beaches and lakes, and spending time with his two daughters.
